Cornwall's exclusive country garden
Cosawes Park is set in a beautiful 115 acre wooded valley and situated between the Cathedral City of Truro and the picturesque harbourside town of Falmouth. Now being managed on behalf of the third generation of the Fraser family, we have over 60 years’ experience of providing a safe, relaxing and comfortable setting for those approaching, or having reached their retirement. To ensure peace and quiet we do not allow resident children or dogs, although of course children, grandchildren and extended family pets are permitted to visit.
Award winning
Our wooded valley has been sympathetically developed over the years to preserve the natural environment. This has been recognised by many David Bellamy awards for environmental protection since 2012 and 2006 saw our residents nominate us for 'Park Owner of the Year' which was subsequently awarded.
Secure
The roads are lit at night and a warden or member of staff is always on hand for general advice, or to assist in emergencies. CCTV constantly records our main vehicular entrances and reception areas. Further confidence is gained knowing that almost all of our team live on site.
Connected
A once-daily shopper bus connects Cosawes to Truro. The main service is a ten minute walk from the park and runs to both Truro and Falmouth every thirty minutes. All supermarkets and many private specialist grocery supply companies deliver to you door.
Community
Whatever your reason for choosing a park home or this particularly convenient and beautiful part of Cornwall, you are sure to appreciate the reasonable cost of living and huge lifestyle benefits of making your home within Cosawes community. Cosawes benefits from a residents association that works to support the approxiamtely 175 people who make Cosawes their home.
Cosawes is steeped with interesting mining and gunpowder history
Our Team
Together we try to keep Cosawes a tranquil and attractive place to live. We are responsible for the upkeep of the communal grounds and safe supply of mains services to our residents. We can offer gardening, building and odd-jobs. Residents may ask us for advice, a quote or, in the event we are too busy or beyond the budget, we have a list of other recommended traders that have been entirely recommended by our existing home owners. You are of course free to choose your own contractor, we just ask that you run any significant work or additions to the home or garden past us first to ensure your ideas comply with planning, health and safety, or fire specifications
