The Buying Process...
Outlined below is our process of buying a home at Cosawes. If you have any queries regarding these steps, please feel free to discuss them with us.
Step 1:
10% of total cost of the new home to be paid as a deposit.
Step 2:
When the new home is ready for collection from the factory, the customer
must make the main payment, less £2000.
Step 3:
This £2000 is then held by the customer until they are satisfied
with the home and siting.
All homes have a ten year warranty and are covered by the Mobile Homes Act 1983
