New Development ...

Over the past six years, Cosawes has been developing fourteen new park home sites. These sites are specifically designed for 45' x 20' (or larger) new twin units. The sites are ideally situated for picturesque views and good sun exposure.

These works are the last major development at Cosawes for the foreseeable future, bringing our total number of homes to 112.

August 2006 shall see the siting of the last home to be situated on the "new development" with all new plots sold. However, please check out our "Currently Available" page as two as new homes on the new development have recently become available. We do also have empty plots on the existing part of the park available from time to time.

Cosawes offers uniquely peaceful surroundings in our landscaped wooded valley, free from noise, pollution and vandalism.
